Initial Consultation

Your initial consultation will be conducted via a telephone or face-to-face appointment. During our initial discussion, we will go through your current financial situation, personal goals, and any questions you have, so that we can effectively address your wealth management needs. We will make sure you have a complete understanding of our team, our services, our investment philosophy and the investment strategy we use to help our clients achieve their goals.

Follow up Discussion

Typically, the last step of your initial consultation will be scheduling a follow-up discussion. You will also receive an email from our team with additional information you requested during our first call. Once the date of our scheduled follow-up discussion arrives, a portfolio manager from our team will call you to answer any final questions you have and discuss how you would like to proceed.

Client Onboarding

If you are ready to move forward with the LePoidevin Group, one of our administrators will email you to request the basic information required to prepare your new account documentation. This may also include a request for you to provide recent investment account statements. Your documents will then be sent to you so that you can review and complete them. Of course, if you have any questions about your documents, a member of our team will be readily available to assist you.

Once we receive your completed new account documents, our team will open your new investment accounts. If you are transferring an existing investment portfolio to our team, we will initiate your account transfer, which typically takes 1-2 weeks to complete. If you plan to fund your new accounts with a cash deposit, our team will provide the necessary instructions to complete the transaction.

As your account transfer or deposit is being completed, the final step in the onboarding process will be a final discussion with one of our portfolio managers. This final discussion may by thorough or brief depending on your needs, but we want to ensure that everyone is on the same page as we begin to re-position your portfolio. If you are interested in our financial planning services, we will introduce you to our financial planner, so that you can begin constructing or updating your financial plan.

Ongoing Active Portfolio Management

The initial investment of your portfolio with the LePoidevin Group is only the first step in the LePoidevin Group's portfolio management process. We believe that daily monitoring, scrutinizing and actively managing investment portfolios is key to long-term investment success. Our portfolio managers, research staff, and traders constantly work together to ensure that your portfolio is being managed as effectively and efficiently as possible.

 

Consistent Client Communication


The LePoidevin Group employs a team of 16 investment professionals to ensure that we are always here for you if you have a questions about your investment accounts, or the markets, in general. You are always free to contact our team if you have any questions. Our team will also reach out to you to provide personalized portfolio updates. During these calls, we can address the performance of your portfolio, as well as update any necessary client information and objectives on an ongoing basis.

In addition to your personalized updates, you will receive a mix of both client conference call invitations and LePoidevin Letters. These updates will provide you with our financial market outlook and investment strategy in more general terms.
